semi-custom

Currently we work to 1 week design and 2 weeks print, plus shipping. The design process is dependent on us receiving all the information we need from you, and the printing process doesn’t begin until you approve your designs. Any delays in either of these steps will push out the date for completion.

You bet. In fact, we prefer it. Make sure you leave a comment in the Order Notes at checkout or shoot through an email, we never want to assume. Please note we will only font match between items you are ordering, not from other designs you might like.

Of course! We have small design changes available for our semi-custom range at $10 each. They’re invoiced separately and payment is required before we send to print. If you have any questions feel free to email us for a quote. Please note the design changes are small and within reason, if you’re after something more drastic our custom design service may be better suited.

We can organise additional cards or signs for you, however please note they will be quoted separately and due to order multiple based pricing breaks, the additional cost may be high in comparison to your original order. Additional shipping costs may also be incurred along with changes to your delivery date.

It depends on the item. Signage colour changes can be made throughout the design process, however for cardstock and envelope items, stock is ordered as required as soon as it’s placed to ensure we can meet our production standards. 

If you want to change your colour choices after you have placed your order, an additional cost of $100 is applicable for the additional stock that is required. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know if we can accommodate this change, if you have already approved a print proof, this will not be possible.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are at the discretion of O&K Group Pty Ltd T/A Gracie Creative depending on the product and stage of the order process.

invitations

Absolutely! Just select ‘No’ from the drop down on the Details card, and add your quantity required on the RSVP card.

You sure can, we ask how you’d like your guests to RSVP on the details form we send once your order is confirmed. Here you can let us know if you’d like a QR code. 

Nope! We do that for you. Some wedding websites let you download the QR code however we prefer to create it ourselves so we know the quality and file type is what we need.

For sure, the information already listed is just a placeholder to give you an idea of what a finished details card would look like. The info on your Details card will be specific to what you need.

It depends what you’re ordering! Large signage like Welcome Signs and Seating Charts don’t come with a stand, however they are A1 which is a standard size and will fit on most easels and stands.

Our small signage like Bar Menus, Guest Book signs and Table Numbers all come with strut backs for standing which give them a self-standing look from the front.
